Privacy policy

Last updated 12 August 2026 · Applies to this website only.

Draft status. This is a working draft published for transparency during early access. It accurately describes what this website does today, but it has not yet completed legal review. A reviewed version will replace it before any customer data is held. The product privacy policy — covering participant and program data — will be a separate, fuller document.

What this website collects

This website is a set of server-rendered pages and one form. It collects:

  • Early-access requests. If you submit the early-access form we store the name, organization, email address, role, and note you provide, so we can contact you about early access. That is the only use.
  • Server logs. Standard request logs (path, status, timing, and the requesting IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention), retained briefly for operations. Log lines never include form contents or email addresses.

What this website does not do

  • No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
  • No cookies for visitors of the public pages.
  • No sale or sharing of your information with anyone.
  • No marketing emails — we will only contact you about the early access you asked for.

Where your data lives

Early-access requests are stored in our own database, access-restricted to the founding team. We do not pass them to an email-marketing service.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your early-access entry at any time by writing to privacy@logikpal.org. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.

Children

This website is aimed at nonprofit staff, funders, and advisors, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. The future product will hold data about young people under strict consent rules — that regime will be documented in the product privacy policy before launch, and no such data exists in any system today.

Changes

We will date every revision of this policy and keep the changes honest.
