Draft status. These terms are a working draft published for transparency during early access. They govern the use of this informational website only; they are not the product terms of service, which will exist — and complete legal review — before any organization becomes a customer.

1. What this site is

This website describes LogikPal, a product in development, and hosts an early-access waitlist. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a warranty of future functionality, or professional evaluation advice.

2. Early access

Submitting the early-access form asks us to contact you; it does not create an agreement, grant access to any product, or place any obligation on either side. Product access, when offered, will be under separate written terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit information you have no right to share, attempt to access non-public areas of the site, probe or disrupt the service, or scrape the waitlist form.

4. Content and accuracy

We state plans and target dates in good faith. Plans slip; when they do, we update the dates and say so. Content on this site may be revised at any time, and forward-looking statements are not commitments.

5. Intellectual property

The LogikPal name, wordmark, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may quote and link to this site with attribution.

6. Liability

This website is provided as-is, without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an in-development product's public roadmap.
